Why are you seeking assistance from The High Priestess?
Embodied Energy: Intuition, Divine Knowledge, Wisdom, Spiritual Enlightenment, Self-Trust, Sacred Pause
Who is The High Priestess?

Pulling The High Priestess is such a breath of fresh air. She’s the HBIC and I know she’s on my team, bringing me all the reassurance. "Yes," she says, "You're on the right path. Yes, you're learning to follow your intuition. Yes, the Universe is with you." She lets you know that you don't need to look outside yourself to find the answers you seek. What you need is already within, just go inward. The High Priestess is the embodiment of your conscious and subconscious finding perfect equilibrium within each other. She is the balance between light and dark, fully connected to her emotions, pure in her intentions towards spiritual enlightenment, and devoted to her practice. All of her trust is put into the Universe and honestly, she knows wtf she’s doing, so we should all fall in line behind her, trusting that we’ll be taken care of by Spirit too.
If you’re asking a question and you pull The High Priestess, you better check yourself, because she’s telling you to slow down and avoid rushing. Don't take action yet, just pause, sit in stillness, deeply reflect, and meditate on the situation. Take some time to cleanse your energy and gain clarity before making any sudden movements. There’s more information needed for the question you're asking, and you'll know when the time is right. Take this time to harness your self-trust, use your personal power, that quiet power that's within. Let the Divine guide while you listen to your inner instinctive intuition.
If you want the assistance of The High Priestess, be prepared for a lot of introspection. Do you feel disconnected from your intuition? Are things a little foggy? Do you feel yourself being swayed by other people's opinions? Do you find yourself overtaken by the fear of judgment, for choosing the path your heart is calling you to? The High Priestess sits in the Third Eye Chakra, or Anja, where she rules over clarity, wisdom and vision. She will not outwardly give you answers, but rather give you the tools to guide you in the right direction and encourage you to follow your intuition.
Working with Crystal Magick
Crystals are directly from the Earth, so it only makes sense that they're conduits for healing. Although you may not feel it, they quite literally “vibrate” & emit a range of energizing, positive, uplifting, & calming vibrations to help you achieve a more peaceful, balanced state of being. Each beautiful stone has unique emotional, spiritual, & physical healing properties, so they can support you in all your endeavors while also growing the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Be sure to cleanse Crystals before working with them. This can be done by burying them, laying them on another cleansing Crystal (like Selenite), doing a smoke cleanse with Palo Santo or another cleansing herb. If you decide to cleanse with water, please make sure that your particular Crystal is water safe.
Here's how you can work with & benefit from the healing energy of Crystals:

*Hold stone in hand when extra support is needed
*Keep it in your pocket or your bra for all day support

Lemongrass
Herbal Actions: Diaphoretic, Antispasmodic, Nervine, Analgesic, Antibacterial
Lemongrass's ability to support the nervous system in combating stress and anxiety is related to its connection with the Third Eye Chakra. Anxiety is fear of the unknown. When your Third Eye Chakra is balanced, you experience clarity in your thoughts and vision. You recognize that without fear there is no courage. You don’t see the events in your life in terms of duality, as good or bad, you see them as lessons waiting to be learned.
Physically, Lemongrass has been found to relieve muscle pain and joint pain caused by overexertion during exercise. Its antibacterial and anti-fungal properties also make for a great toner to clear out pores and soothe irritated skin.
This soothing action is great internally as well, as it soothes the digestive tract and reduces inflammation. Lemongrass is also referred to as "Fever grass," because it promotes perspiration to help break fevers & cool the body down.

Peppermint

After buying mint plants together at a farmers market, my mom told us that when she was a kid they would eat Peppermint leaves like they were a snack. We initially thought it was kind of weird but with all the amazing benefits they provide, it's something we should all be doing!
Drinking a Peppermint infusion helps improve digestion. Its volatile oil content also brings rapid relief to abdominal cramps and helps relieve motion sickness, morning sickness and IBS symptoms. Its antiseptic properties also do well in treating inflammation in the mouth.
Topically, Peppermint's antibacterial properties naturally cleanse the skin and help relieve itching and inflammation. It helps to tone the skin, minimize pores and restore the skins elasticity. In aromatherapy and external application, Peppermint can be used to relieve joint pain and tension headaches.
Peppermint Magick
Peppermint is used to increase the vibration of a space for Magickal use. Use in incense, as a bath, or a potion for healing and purification. Garden Sage is a healing herb dubbed the “Holy Herb” by ancient Romans, and they would include it in many of their religious practices. White Sage is commonly found in smudge sticks as this is an old Native American custom. Using it in such a way is considered cultural appropriation, which goes without saying, is never okay.
Garden Sage is high in Vitamin K, Iron and is full of antioxidants. Using an infusion as a gargle soothes mucus membranes, making it a well-known remedy for issues of the mouth and throat.
Use Sage as a compress to promote the healing of wounds. Its astringent properties have the ability to reduce excess oil production and tone skin. It is also known to ease muscle and joint pain.
