Sustainable, Vegan & Cruelty Free
Tea: Pour 8 oz of boiled water over 1 tsp-1 Tbs of herbs. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Add sweetener of your choice!

Bath: Pour a few scoops of herbs directly into a hot/warm bath or create a tea and let steep before pouring into bath for maximum benefits. Don't forget to Add our vegan bath mylk or bath salt blend!

Face Steam: Add 1-2 tbs of herbs to a pot of water, cover & bring to a simmer. Remove from heat. drape your towel over your head & the pot, Raise or lower your head for more or less heat. Steam for 5-10 minutes.

Potpourri: add herbs to a pot of water and let simmer for desired length of time to cleanse the air & energy in your space.
