POV: You just don't feel your best, spiritually, emotionally maybe even physically. You start looking into different healing modalities and find Energy Healing/Reiki- it feels right! You end up on Cedez Tarot website and decide that "The Deep Clean" is exactly what you need. As you prep for your session you take a few deep breaths, and get comfy. As you close your eyes and open your energy up to deep healing. After 30 minutes you slowly open your eyes (or wake up from your nap!) You drink a big cup of water as you wait for your follow up message and do a little shimmy shake to incorporate the energy you just received/released. **TL;DR: Choose this energy healing if it is your first time getting Reiki or you want a deep energetic scrub.** FAQ/About the Sesh: Communication: I will communicate with you via email or text before the session letting you know I will begin, and ask if you have any questions. Afterwards I will email or text you after the session with the overall energy in each Chakra and any intuitive messages that came up. During/After: This is a live REMOTE session. All you need to do is relax and be open to healing during this time. (Preferably not distracted.) However, if by any chance you are working or busy during this time that is fine, you will still receive the healing. I will start the session with grounding your energy before anything else. I connect with your energy will then send healing deep to your physical & energetic body. I will end the session with a veil of protection around you. What is Reiki?: Reiki itself is a frequency and a form of energetic healing. It is a peaceful and healing emanation of energy that promotes the body's natural healing systems. Simply put, the purpose of Reiki is bringing energy into balance. When a block forms somewhere in our energetic systems, it causes dis-ease and discomfort. When we remove the block, we begin to heal emotionally, spiritually, and even physically.  Did it Work?: The effects of Reiki vary from person to person. Some feel energetic sensations, a deep sense of relaxation, rejuvenation, and some people don’t feel much of anything. You’re not going to feel something every time and it’s important to trust that your body/energy is receiving the energy that is best suited.
