POV: You find yourself being reactive and bothered more often than usual. You think about it for a minute and realize that you can't remember the last time you grounded and cleansed your energy. No wonder you're not feeling like yourself! You book the Refresher, knowing it'll help you feel better. As you prep for your session you take a few deep breaths, maybe light a few candles and put on some healing tones...only if you feel like it. Finally you close your eyes and open your energy up to healing. 15 minutes flies by and you slowly open your eyes. You drink a big cup of water as you wait for your follow up message and do a little shimmy shake to incorporate the energy you just received/released. You read your messages and enjoy the refreshed feeling of a clean inner house. You just know tomorrow's going to be a great day. ***TL;DR: Choose this energy healing if you are familiar with Reiki and are in need of a quick energetic cleanse. *** FAQ/About the Sesh: Communication: I will communicate with you via email or text 5 minutes before the session, then contact you when completed with any messages, insights or guidance I received during the session for you. During/After: This is a live remote session. All you need to do is relax and be open to healing during this time. (Preferably not distracted.) However, if by any chance you are working or busy during this time that is fine, you will still receive the healing. I will start the session with grounding your energy before anything else. I connect with your energy will then send healing to your physical & energetic body. I will end the session with a veil of protection around you. What is Reiki?: Reiki itself is a frequency and a form of energetic healing. It is a peaceful and healing emanation of energy that promotes the body's natural healing systems. Simply put, the purpose of Reiki is bringing energy into balance. When a block forms somewhere in our energetic systems, it causes dis-ease and discomfort. When we remove the block, we begin to heal emotionally, spiritually, and even physically.  Did it Work?: The effects of Reiki vary from person to person. Some feel energetic sensations, a deep sense of relaxation, rejuvenation, and some people don’t feel much of anything. You’re not going to feel something every time and it’s important to trust that your body/energy is receiving the energy that is best suited for it.
